Welcome to Beyond Limits! We are delighted to assist you with your travel and tour needs. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Booking and Payment
1.1. All bookings are subject to availability.
1.2. If you choose the 50% payment option, the remaining balance must be paid in full up to 21 days before the departure date.
1.3. If you don’t pay the remaining balance by the due date, it may be possible to cancel your booking and lose your deposit.
1.4. We use advanced encryption technology to protect your payment information and ensure your data is secure. We work with trusted payment service providers and follow industry best practices to safeguard your personal information.

2.1. Prices are quoted in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
2.2. Once a booking is confirmed, the price is guaranteed unless changes are made to the booking.
Changes and Cancellations
3.1. If you need to change or cancel your booking, please notify us as soon as possible.
3.2. Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
3.3. Cancellation fees may apply as outlined in our refund policy.
Travel Insurance
4.1. Travel insurance is highly recommended for all travelers.
4.2. It is the responsibility of the traveler to purchase adequate travel insurance.
Passports and Visas
5.1. Travelers are responsible for ensuring they have valid passports and any required visas for their destination.
5.2. Beyond Limits is not responsible for any issues arising from failure to obtain necessary travel documents.
Health and Safety
6.1. Travelers are responsible for their own health and safety while on tour.
6.2. Please inform us of any medical conditions or dietary requirements at the time of booking.
Liability
7.1. Beyond Limits is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property during the tour.
7.2. We are not responsible for any delays or changes to the itinerary caused by unforeseen circumstances.
Complaints
8.1. If you have a complaint, please notify us immediately so we can address the issue.
8.2. Complaints should be submitted in writing within 7 days of the tour’s end.
Refund Policy
We understand that plans can change unexpectedly. To accommodate these changes while ensuring fairness for all our customers and partners, we have established the following cancellation policy. By booking with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Cancellations by the Customer
1.1. The cancellations made by the client will not be entitled to a money refund however you can change your trip to another available date.
Cancellations Beyond Limits
2.1. In the unlikely event that we don’t reach the mÃnimum of travellers, the tour will be cancelled by us and in this case, your money will be totally refunded within a week or you can change the trip to another available date. We will notify you as soon as possible.
2.2. In the event of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war, pandemics), no refunds will be issued, but alternative tour dates may be offered.
Refund Process
3.1. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@beyondlimitstravelsandtours.com or +971 56 820 8219/ +971 55 440 2926.
3.2. Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the request.
Non-Refundable Items
4.1. Certain items such as airfare, travel insurance, and other third-party services are non-refundable and subject to the terms and conditions of the provider.
