Cancellation by The Agency:
In the event that the travel agency cancels a trip due to unforeseen circumstances (such as natural disasters, pandemics, or operational issues), a full refund will be offered or the option to reschedule the trip.
Cancellation/Modification by Customer
The cancellations made by the client will be entitled to a money penalty following the below dates range:
- Cancellations made before 14 days prior arrival date would be free of charge
- Cancellation made between 14-7 days prior to arrival date would be chargeable at 50% of the total package amount
- Cancellation made 7 days prior to arrival date would be chargeable at 100% of the total package amount
- Changes to the date or itinerary are subject to availability and may incur additional charges
Customers are advised to purchase travel insurance that covers possible cancellations and emergencies.
