Tour Plan
• Arrival at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport and welcome by one of our representatives.
• 15:00 Transfer to the hotel in Valladolid (Hotel Recoletos/Hotel Ele Enara Boutique)

• Free evening in the city for exploration.
• Bus departure to Rueda to visit D.O. wineries Yllera and Emina, where you will discover the vineyards, barrel room, bottling process, and taste premium local wines and oils.
• Lunch at the Don Pancho restaurant in Tordesillas. Known for its traditional gastronomy, family legacy, and location in the beautiful Plaza Mayor, it will transport you through time.
• Transport to Toro to visit D.O. winery Cyan, inaugurated in 1999. The winery is located on top of a hill, surrounded by impressive views of this long-standing winemaking region.
• Departure to the Grand Hotel Don Gregorio in Salamanca. The building is an ancient 15th-century palace owned by the knight D. Antonio Mangas Villafuerte. Despite having been restored to become the luxury accommodation it is today, it still perfectly reflects its historical essence.
• Guided tour in Salamanca, visiting the Cathedral and Salamanca University.
• Bus departure to Segovia for lunch at Taberna López, located in the San Lorenzo neighborhood. Due to its location by the river and architectural style, its residents have long cared for its gardens and craftsmanship. It was opened in 1884, featuring traditional and homemade cuisine, and an extensive wine cellar with over 200 references.
• Guided tour of the city, visiting the Cathedral and The Alcázar (Royal Family Palace, 12th Century).
• Transport to accommodation in Peñafiel, where you will stay at the Residencia Real Castillo de Curiel, an 11th-century medieval castle perched on a rock over 1,000 meters high, owned by Spanish royalty and rich in history, located in the heart of the Ribera del Duero.
• Guided visit to the Castle and Wine Museum, a medieval fortress from the 10th century, declared a national monument in 1917, and currently an emblem in the world of wine tourism.
• Lunch at El Lagar de San Vicente.
• Visit to D.O. Ribera del Duero wineries Emina, an eco-efficient and eco-sustainable building with architectural design inspired by ancient roman villas, and Origen Matarromera, the main work of Carlos Moro. In 1995, this wine was chosen as ‘The Best Wine in the World’ in an international competition organized by the International Organisation of Vine and Wine (OIV). Here, you can visit the Sala del Legado, the winery, and the semi-buried barrel park.
• Return to the hotel.
• Guided visit to nearby villages (Curiel, Aranda de Duero, Pesquera de Duero) for cultural and historical exploration.
• Lunch at Origen-Es. Located in a privileged spot in the heart of the Ribera del Duero, Origen-es restaurant, with chef David Pérez Ruiz at the helm, has been selected by the Repsol Guide as one of the best places to experience a complete gastronomic adventure in Ribera del Duero.
• Visit D.O. Ribera del Duero Legado de Matarromera winery, where you can taste 4 premium wines from El Balcón de la Ribera, an ideal spot to enjoy the landscape of its vineyards. Also, visit the vineyards, gold insignias, and letter insignias.
• Transfer to accommodation in Valladolid (Hotel Colón Plaza).
• Guided tour of Valladolid, visiting the National Sculpture Museum and Cervantes Museum.
• Lunch at La Mafia Se Sienta a la Mesa. At this restaurant, you will enjoy a fusion of traditional and modern cuisine, creating an Italian-Mediterranean gastronomic experience like never before.
• Free afternoon in town to say goodbye.
• Return to the hotel.
• 11:30 Pick up at the hotel and transfer to Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas airport.

1. Cancellation by Us
In the unlikely event that we dont reach the mínimum of travelers, the tour will be cancelled by us and in this case your money will be totally refunded or you can change the trip to another available date. We will notify you as son as posible.
2. Cancellation by Customer
The cancellations made by the client will not be entitled to a money refund however you can change your trip to another available date.
